Service Rates:

Executive Computer Forensic Services offer three rate plans to maximize value and services for you organization. All service calls have a one (1) hour minimum service charge, anytime over one-hour will be billed in 15 minute increments.

Option 1 (by the hour)

Our standard hourly rate for computer service and repair is $77.00 per hour and is an excellent choice for business that do not require extended IT support. Our hourly rate is available to any business and service is provided during our normal service hours from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.

Our Computer Forensic Services are billed at $165.00 per hour. Some variations will occur depending on the complexity and nature of your project.

After Hour support 5pm-7am (For hourly Customers): We offer 24/7 emergency support. Our rate is $154.00 per hour. We normally can have someone out to your business within a two hour window.

Option 2 (Block Time Billing 30 Hours $1952.00)

Block time billing is an excellent choice for customers that may have a lot of work one month and few hours other months. Our block time billing is a lower rate (15%) than hour hourly rate. Block Time Customers can enjoy extended service times, and onsite support and maintenance beyond our normal schedule with no extra charge.  Please call for more information (813-500-1699).

Option 3 (Flat Fee Billing)

Our flat fee billing offers customers of larger size or customers who want to know exactly every month what they will be paying. Our flat fee billing provides our customers with unlimited hours, when you need us we’ll be there.  Customers can enjoy extended service times and onsite support and maintenance.
